Surfaces a Circulating Flush Cannot Reach
Aqualazing® is Volantis Group's line of high-pressure water jetting units, built for surfaces a circulating flush cannot reach: vessel internals, tube bundles, tower packing, column trays, heat exchanger shells and the inside of large-diameter pipe before it is assembled.
Hydrolazing is the procedure the units perform — high-pressure water directed at a controlled standoff to strip scale, process deposits, polymer, coke and biological fouling from the surface without damaging the base metal.
Where It Applies
- Vessel and tower internals Trays, packing, distributors and vessel walls.
- Heat exchanger bundles Tube internals and shell-side surfaces.
- Large-diameter pipe Pre-assembly cleaning where a line flush is impractical.
- Surfaces and structures Where chemical cleaning is unsuitable or the surface needs mechanical removal.
The units are supplied with trained operators as part of VGI's equipment rental and operation scope, or deployed within a wider cleaning programme where jetting is the right method for part of the system.
